Well. We both work from home now. Well.

I blogged like fourteen times for the Mercury yesterday and completely forgot to blog here at the Cookie. For you guys. My people. My friends.

I’ve been playing Fall Out 3 like a maniac, stopping only to push some sugar free pudding into my mouth, down several diet cokes, and Twitter. I finally stopped playing yesterday around five because the Yoga Guilt had overwhelmed me to the point where I couldn’t enjoy playing anymore because I could feel my muscles turning to fat and salt and vinegar potato chips.

Dane and I are going to some Media Bistro San Francisco cocktail mixer thing tomorrow night to socially network. I hope my new SF friend Charlie Jane Anders will be there (I should probably email or Facebook her or something – how does the internet work? Can she read my mind if I stare really hard at her Facebook profile? Maybe that’s part of the new Facebook changes, I dunno) and I plan on drinking my way into new friendships and acquaintances.

Dane is home all the time now. Have I mentioned that? I keep going into the office to visit him and every time I find new empty gummi bear wrappers and Hershey’s kisses foils and little red drops of Frank’s hot sauce all over the floor and (formerly) neat stacks of mail to be filed which will never be filed, unless by “filed” you mean “scattered on the floor and sprinkled with kitty litter”.
