I am on a faux Atkins thing, not really a diet of sorts, but I am avoiding as much carbs as possible as well as hydrogenated oils. For me, I need to avoid soy, but regular milk is fine.

you need more protein! Besides the fruit, have an egg, or tofu, or something.
There’s a cup of Flax Plus cereal in there and a cup of Silk Soy Milk which has 7 grams of protein in it. Never fear Mom! I get my protein in.
