And I sincerely apologize for the lack of advice here this week but I’ve been sick and so has our beloved Dr. Intern Meagan™.
Aaannnnnnd….since I don’t often show pictures of my whole self here on Face of the Cookie (which is probably just fine with some of you and so very NOT FINE with others) here are some self portraits I attempted while trying on my new galoshawellies. You might be wondering why I did not have Dane take these pictures but I think we all know where my wardrobe falls in the hierarchy that is me, Dane, and Star Wars- The Force Unleashed ….that is, somewhere slightly beneath whatever would be more disgusting than cleaning the cat box with your tongue.

I think I should take a picture of myself at every meal and document everything I’m wearing and the calories I’ve consumed and then you guys can judge me on whether the food is adversely or positively affecting how I look in the clothes.

See? I was going to go for the black ones, but these pink ones with polkadots were just begging me and I gave in. I’m not all svelte like you, but I do make a pretty picture.
I don’t know how I feel about rubber boots. I like the way they look on others and they’re practical, but it just feels weird to walk in. Rubbery. How was the sock and tight selection at Target, by the way?
And yes, yes, to tea next week.

Nathalie – These are really, really comfy. Much comfier than my JCrew ones I have. Not rubbery at all. The tight and sock collection was off the hook, yo. I don’t know what I just said but yes, delicious socks, knee high AND over the knee.
