Sooooo…I bought this.

Now what do I do with it?

KATH. I AM TALKING TO YOU.

I guess in the morning I’ll just put some vodka in it and start my day.

Honestly, the best faux fudge I ever made was using pumpkin puree and brownie mix. It was 30 calories per square or something ridiculous and it tasted great. I got the recipe from http://www.hungrygirl.com, she also came up with a brownie version using chocolate cake mix I think, that seems good to me too.
check this out for the recipe

Ok this sounds weird, but if you mix about about 3/4 cup with a sugar free vanilla JELLO carton…it is delicious. Thank you Bill Cosby.

The Gourmet cookbook has an amazing pumpkin apple bread recipe. Yummy!

These are all excellent suggestions. I have to say, megan’s fudge one might win out, but then again…punkin daiquiries!!!

I love bread things but if I make it I’ll only stand at the counter for an hour quietly eating the entire loaf. And that will make me a sad ham.

you know, you can’t get that stuff in the UK because it’s a third world country.

i recommend pumpkin cookies with brown sugar (penuche) frosting. both recipes on foodnetwork.com. leave out the pecans and it’s like eating a tasty pillow.

Two words, Kiala. Pumpkin curry soup.

warm these spices in a skillet with some o.o. :
some cumin
some coriander
more curry
lil cinnamon

add in a diced yellow onion and some garlic
saunter until soft but not brown (5 min)
Add your pumpkin
and some goddamn chicken stock (from chickens)
simmer about 20 min
blend in a blender in batches
thin if needed with more stock (from chickens)
add some brown sugar (really)
lil cayenne
salt to taste

This will make your house smell like curry for a week so close your bedroom door.

I vote for vodka!!!

Do whatever you want – eat it out of the can – but you must sweetened it somehow first.

Awesome! That’s all I was waiting for, Kath.
